I'm reminded of a song from Fantasia, when she expresses some regret from a bad relationship and she realizes that "Sometimes you gotta lose to win again." Thanks for some friends, we learn that there will come a time in your life when one must:

• Let go of some relationships to recognize your own self-worth
  
• Lose your own way thinking to gain the respect of others
  
• Release the distractions that will allow you go the next level
  
• Go through the storm to gain the blessing on the other side
