Week 2 Recap -
1. How was your second week?
Things were okay. I dealt with some family matters this week. Both my mom and dad were in the hospital. I was feeling very emotional with would typically drive me to eat uncontrollably. There was even a moment when I stated, "I need a drink." Thanks to some discipline and a good support system, I was able to stay focused.

2. Any weight loss (how much)?
Despite the obvious stress, I have loss 10 lbs since last week.

3. Tracking meals/counting calories?
I'm doing a little better than the week before. Considering that I may only eat a full meal at dinner.

4. Did you include any walking or exercise this past week?
I was able to get me daily steps in, but most of my afternoon and evenings have been at the hospital.

5. Any triumphs or challenges?
Finding the time to get to the gym. I hope that things will lighten up this week with my parents so that I can get back to me routine. I was able to avoid the fried foods this week.

In the gym now. I was out of town most of last week. I made the best choices. If I had fast food I got chicken or fish, only ate one bun, & replaced fries with a salad or fruit. On a strong water regimen too.

Yes I broke down at Central State's Homecoming. 😕 My weakness is everything tasty. I had the best cake ever. Well almost the best...mine is the best. Anyway I did weigh in but it wasn't good. I had sweet tea, potato chips, lemonheads, and French fries. Oh how I failed myself. But the best thing about failure is I can't go anywhere but up. Today is exercise day #1. Go team! Cudos for all who were successful and those who will never give up!
